Return & Refund Policy – Saree Silk Products

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 5–7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged due to usage, altered, or without tags will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order sarees
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

4. Return Process

  • Provide order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and display differences and are not considered defects.
  • Handloom silk sarees may have minor irregularities, which are part of their authenticity.
